In recent years, Zafar Produce established its procurement division – Zafar Procurement. Zafar Procurement is located in Salinas, California and is led by a management team with 35+ years of buying experience. The team at Zafar Procurement is focused exclusively on making sure that the product we provide our customers is always of premium quality and offered at a very competitive price. In doing so, members of the Zafar Procurement team continuously visit the farms where the fruits and vegetables we supply are grown and closely inspect the product.

Bolthouse Farms

Bolthouse Farms is a 4th generation family farm, located in California's fertile San Joaquin Valley.

After more than 90 years of dedication to farming and distributing premium fresh produce, they are uniquely suited to provide you with the highest quality and freshest tasting all natural products anywhere.

The family began commercial vegetable farming on their Michigan farm in 1915. They are currently one of the world's largest suppliers of fresh cut carrots.

Now, after more than 90 years of farming and distributing premium fresh produce they've recently developed a new line of premium fruit and vegetable juices they hope you will enjoy.

Earthbound Farm

Earthbound Farm was founded in 1984 by Drew and Myra Goodman in Carmel Valley, California.

It started as a 2.5-acre farm producing organic raspberries, varieties of organic specialty greens, and culinary herbs for a handful of top local restaurants.

Over the next decade, Earthbound Farm became the first company to successfully launch pre-washed salads for retail sale, helping to make spring mix one of America's most sought-after salads.

Today, Earthbound Farm offers more than 100 different varieties of organic salads, fruits, and vegetables.

Earthbound Farm produce is available in more than 75 percent of all supermarkets and every major city in the United States.

Church Brothers

Church Brothers today represents years of sound business fundamentals and innovative ideas performed by skilled and motivated people.

They supply a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables to processors, foodservice customers, retail customers and the international marketplace.

They also have a partnership with True Leaf Farms, processing spinach, spring mix and whole leaf singles.

Their ability to consolidate and assemble complicated mixed vegetable and fruit loads rounds and arrange for transportation allows the customers to experience “fresh produce made easy”.

Freshway Foods

Freshway Foods goal is, and always has been, to provide customers with food-safe products that are of the highest quality.

Freshway has strict safety measures in place to ensure customers are getting the best products available.

Both Freshway facilities are USDA Quality Through Verification-certified and also have Good Agricultural Practices policies in place, which trace all the way to the grower.

Freshway receives numerous third-party audits every year – many of them unannounced. And finally, Freshway maintains an uninterrupted solid cold chain to guarantee the fresh-cut produce you receive is of the highest quality, every time.
